Rules of access to the site, public pages, data and technical interfaces of BlockRadar

These Terms govern the use of the website blockradar.ru, its public pages, data, interfaces and technical resources by all visitors and users (the “User”). The service operator is Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Sergeevna Melnikova, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 504408682946, State Registration Number (OGRNIP) 326508100477241.
It is allowed to view BlockRadar pages, search and compare Minecraft servers, copy the IP address of a separate server to connect to the game, save links to pages and other use of site functions for their intended purpose. The owner of the Minecraft server has the right to use information related to his server to the extent necessary to manage and promote his project.
BlockRadar generates and systematizes the server catalog, observation history, ratings, quality features, tags, links, statistics, analytical indicators and other processing results. The rights of third parties to the source materials are reserved for the respective rightholders. The database structure, systematisation, proprietary analytics, algorithmically calculated indicators and BlockRadar enrichment results are used under these terms.
Without the prior written consent of the Operator, parsing, scraping, crawling and other automated methods of bulk or systematic extraction of BlockRadar data are prohibited, including traversing server listings, APIs or other technical interfaces to build a separate database.
Bulk copying, storage, reproduction, combination, republication, transfer to third parties, resale or use of BlockRadar data to create, populate or enrich third-party monitoring services, directories, aggregators, databases or similar services is also prohibited without a separate agreement with the Operator.
The limitations of paragraph 3 do not apply to the fair indexing of public HTML pages by search engines to the extent necessary for the formation of search results, as well as to the usual manual use of the site by a person. This exception does not allow the mass acquisition of structured data through APIs or the imitation of a search engine robot in order to circumvent technical limitations.
Mass, regular or machine data acquisition may be provided by the Operator through an official API, upload or other agreed channel on separate terms, including paid access, quotas and restrictions on further use. Having a public page or a technically accessible URL does not in itself mean granting the right to mass copy the data.
BlockRadar has the right to apply reasonable technical measures against mass automated collection: restriction of the frequency of requests, temporary blocking of sources of abnormal activity, restriction of individual technical interfaces and logging of requests. It is prohibited to circumvent such measures by distributing requests between addresses, changing identifiers, imitating search robots or other means.
For violation of paragraphs 3 or 6, the User undertakes to pay the Operator a contractual penalty (fine) in the amount of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) rubles for each documented violation. A separate violation means an independent episode or campaign of automated or bulk extraction, copying or use of data confirmed by technical logs, network indicators, control markers or other admissible evidence.
Payment of the penalty does not remove the obligation to stop the violation and stop using data obtained in breach of these terms, or to compensate losses not covered by the penalty, where such compensation is permitted by law.
A link to these terms is provided on public BlockRadar pages. By using the website and its features after being given the opportunity to read these terms, the User confirms that they have read them. Paid services are additionally subject to the Public offer.
The Operator has the right to change these conditions by publishing a new version on this page. The new version applies to the use of BlockRadar after its publication within the limits allowed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
