A PRACTICAL MARCHROUTH

From the first line of code to your own game world

Each stage ends with a result that can be tested and shown to others.

01

Getting to know Java

The first commands, events and own Minecraft plugin – right with the practice in the game.

02

Their mechanics.

We create rules, abilities, mini-games, game systems and customize their work.

03

Own server

Collect the project, test with the team, fix the errors and prepare the launch.

04

LEARNING RESULTS

Skills that remain after class

It’s not learning how to push buttons; it’s learning how to create a digital product and explain how it works.

⌘

Real programming

Java, project structure, events, settings, logic, and bug-finding – in a familiar gaming environment.

◎

Joint development

Working on tasks, testing other people’s changes, discussing solutions, and taking responsibility for your part of the project.

↗

Portfolio instead of template

A working plugin, mini-game, or server that can be shown to friends, family, and a future teacher.

BLOCKRADAR'S EXPENSION

Your project can go beyond the classroom.

BlockRadar is an active monitoring of Minecraft servers. After a technical check, the training server can get its own public page: status, online and availability indicators. The best projects can participate in the Minecraft Challenge.

  • 01. Working server and personal result
  • 02. Possibility of publication in monitoring after verification
  • 03. Project development, new versions and joint work
  • 04. Participation in the Challenge according to season rules

We will talk about classes, level of training and help you choose the appropriate format. For minors, the application is left by the parent or legal representative.

A phone or email is enough to answer. We're not asking for the child's information.

FOR SCHOOLS AND Teachers

What's important to know before you start

Is it a full-fledged online course or a set of articles?
The platform is built as an interactive online course within BlockRadar: tracks, short lessons, practical steps, progress, projects, Challenge and publication results. The first course is already open without registration.
At what level can we start?
From scratch. The first Plugin Developer module is designed for a learner who knows Minecraft, but has not yet made a server plugin.
Should I buy Minecraft or a server?
For the first course, a legal development environment and a test server are sufficient. To publish a training server, you will need an accessible server project that BlockRadar can verify.
How is the Creator different from regular Java courses?
Context and ending. Java is not studied separately from the goal, but in the amount required for working Minecraft mechanics. The project can be further published, monitored and developed.
What are Training Servers?
A separate verified BlockRadar category. The tag cannot be turned on by the owner himself: the status is issued to editorially school, student and Challenge projects.
What is the Minecraft Challenge?
Seasonal competition of projects with technical gate, nominations, 100-point assessment, publication of works and Demo Day. One or a team of up to three people can participate.
Can the school incorporate this into its classroom?
Yeah. Starting B2B format – pilot 49 900 ₽ for a group of up to 12 students: project module, criteria, internal Challenge and final showcase of works.
Will there be a certificate?
A certificate can complement the result, but does not replace it. The main value of the Creator is a work project and a confirmed portfolio.
How is the safety of children’s projects ensured?
Public servers and Challenges pass through the technical gate. We do not publish projects with malicious code, hidden data collection or dangerous mechanics.
Minecraft Creator is the official Mojang project?
Nope. BlockRadar Creator is an independent educational project. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft/Mojang.
Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft/Mojang. BlockRadar Creator is an independent educational project and is not an official product of Mojang or Microsoft. Publication of the server and participation in the Challenge depend on the implementation of the rules and technical verification.
