for the provision of paid services for the promotion of Minecraft servers in the BlockRadar Internet service
This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Sergeevna Melnikova, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 504408682946, State Registration Number (OGRNIP) 326508100477241 (the “Contractor”), addressed to individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (the “Customer”), setting out the terms for paid services on the website. blockradar.ru.
BlockRadar is an online Minecraft server monitoring service. Promotion services provide the Customer with paid advertising features within BlockRadar: boosts, visual highlighting of server listings and priority Premium advertising placements.
The Contractor provides services in respect of the Minecraft server, the rights to manage which are confirmed by the Customer in the personal account of BlockRadar, unless otherwise agreed separately.
The actual cost is always shown before the creation and payment of the order. If the price on the site and in the previously published version of the offer differs, the price fixed in the order is applied for the already created order.
Payment for services does not purchase a position in the organic ranking. Organic sorting and server assessments are determined independently of paid promotion. Paid placements are labelled or visually separated from ordinary results.
The Customer accepts this offer completely and without reservations by paying for the formed order. Payment is considered the acceptance of the offer and the conclusion of the contract on the terms of this document and the parameters of a particular order.
The service is activated after successful payment is confirmed. A service period expressed in calendar days begins at activation. If there is a technical delay, the Contractor activates the service after functionality is restored and, where necessary, extends the period to cover confirmed unavailability of the paid placement.
The frequency of boost impressions and other rotating placements depends on the number of active promoted servers, their paid weight, server availability and the rotation algorithm. The Contractor does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, IP copies, new players, revenue or any other commercial outcome unless that measure is explicitly stated in an individual order.
The Customer warrants that they have the necessary rights to the server name, logo, description and other materials, as well as the right to order its promotion. Promotion must not be used for materials or projects that violate the laws of the Russian Federation or third-party rights, contain malicious code or fraudulent offers, or provide knowingly false information.
The Contractor may suspend or refuse placement if a violation is identified. In this case, the unprovided part of the paid service is calculated taking into account the part actually provided and the actual costs incurred by the Contractor, unless otherwise required by law.
The Contractor provides the technical means to deliver the paid service, maintains order records and may change the interface, design, rotation algorithm and location of advertising blocks, provided that this does not deprive the Customer of the paid volume of service. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance and incident resolution.
The Customer may cancel the service in accordance with applicable law. Refunds take into account the part of the service actually provided and the actual costs incurred by the Contractor in fulfilling the specific order. The detailed procedure is published on the “Payment and refunds”.
Without the prior written consent of the Contractor, automated data collection (including parsing, scraping, crawling and other software-based extraction methods), bulk or systematic copying, storage, reproduction, combination, republication, transfer to third parties, or use of BlockRadar data to create, populate or enrich third-party monitoring services, directories, databases, aggregators or similar services is prohibited. This restriction does not apply to legitimate indexing of public pages by search engines to the extent necessary to generate search results.
In case of violation of this paragraph, the Customer pays the Contractor a contractual penalty (fine) in the amount 500,000 (five hundred thousand) rubles for each documented violation. A separate violation means an independent episode or campaign of automated or bulk extraction, copying or use of data established through technical logs, network indicators, control markers or other admissible evidence. Payment of the penalty does not remove the obligation to stop the violation and stop using data obtained in breach of these terms, or to compensate losses not covered by the penalty, where such compensation is permitted by law.

The parties are responsible in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Contractor is not responsible for the inaccessibility or change of third-party Minecraft servers, communication networks, payment systems and other independent services, as well as for the promotion results that depend on the behavior of users and the quality of the server itself.
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Privacy policy, published on BlockRadar.
The Contractor may amend this offer for future orders by publishing a new version on the website. An order that has already been paid for remains subject to the version and parameters in effect at the time of payment, unless the change improves the Customer’s position. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, they are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
