Consent to Personal Data Processing

By registering with BlockRadar and selecting a separate consent checkbox, the user freely, voluntarily and in their own interest consents to the automated processing, by the operator of blockradar.ru, of the personal data they provide.

Purposes

Creating an account, logging in via VK ID or Yandex ID, storing the necessary profile and session data, providing BlockRadar functions, communicating with the user and the server owner, confirming ownership of Minecraft servers, ensuring service security and recording the fact of consent.

List of data

Login; email and / or Telegram username; in case of social authorization - VK ID or Yandex ID, profile name and image of the avatar (if provided); technical data of the account and session; date of registration; date and version of this consent; information about the declared and confirmed servers, if the user uses the functions of the server owner.

Actions

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement, extraction, use, provision of access within the scope of the service, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Term

Consent is valid until its withdrawal by the user or until the termination of processing in connection with the achievement of goals, if there is no other legal basis for processing.

Withdraw consent

The User has the right to withdraw consent by sending the relevant request to the Operator through the means of communication available on the site. Upon receipt of the request, the processing is terminated within the scope and time limits established by law, except where the law allows the continuation of the processing without consent.

The fact of confirmation is recorded with the date, versions of documents and technical data. To enter through social services, two separate checkboxes are filled by the user himself. Consent does not include advertising or public dissemination of personal data.
