What does VeinMiner do?

VeinMiner allows you to quickly extract a group of related blocks, for example, a whole vein of ore, in one action. This is a gameplay change tool that requires careful customization.

How mass mining works

After breaking the selected block, the system checks the adjacent blocks that meet the conditions and processes the associated group. The list of acceptable materials and tools depends on the configuration. Such a regime reduces the number of repetitive actions, but at the same time can significantly increase the rate of resource extraction.

Balance adjustment

If you leave access to all kinds of blocks, players can break down large structures too quickly. Limit the maximum size of the vein, the consumption of strength and the right to use. Check compatibility with site protection plugins, custom tools and anti-cheat so that the action does not bypass the usual server bans.

Testing

Create a small test vein, compare the volume of drop and wear pickaxe in single and mass production. Separately check the reaction to the border of the protected region and empty inventory. Do not turn on the mod en masse until you make sure that the restrictions apply to all players.
