What makes VaultUnlocked

VaultUnlocked provides a compatible interface between economics, rights plugins and their consumers. This is a modern implementation of the familiar server administrators layer Vault.

Why do you need an interface?

Stores, mini-games, and other systems should not be directly dependent on the format of a particular economic plug-in. Compatible API allows them to refer to a single service provider. VaultUnlocked does not have to create a full-fledged system of accounts: you need a compatible provider.

Migration and compatibility

When replacing the old Vault, you can’t simply remove the JAR without checking the rest of the components. Make sure that the necessary services of economy and rights are registered, that a supported server platform is used, and there are no conflicting interfaces left. On the server with players, make a backup of balances and plugins.

Verification of work

Start a server with your chosen economic provider, make a small test purchase, and look at the download log. Then check the transfer of rights and compatibility of the stores. If you make a mistake, look for the lack of registration of the service, rather than coming up with a balance or rights manually.
