What's Skript doing?
Skript allows you to describe some of the game events, commands and automation of the Minecraft server in the form of script rules.
Logic without separate JAR assembly
Small server scripts sometimes don’t require a new Java plugin. Skript provides a syntax for reacting to events, sending messages, and fulfilling conditions. Available designs depend on the version and installed extensions.
Stability and load
A script that is performed too often can create a noticeable load. An error in the condition or event handler may cause unwanted repetitions of the action. Scripts from random sources should be checked as program code, especially if they run commands with extended rights.
Organization of the project
Store scripts in the version control system, add changes gradually and check them first on the test server. With increasing complexity, it is useful to separate logic into files and document interactions with other plugins.
