What does GravesX do?

GravesX creates a system of graves to store items after the death of the player. It replaces some of the uncomfortable situations where things fly around the world and disappear before the owner returns.

Keeping things safe

After death, a special object or container with player items may appear. Its duration, access to other users and interaction with the game rules are determined by the configuration. This is important for survival modes, where losing gear is too much of a punishment for exploring the world.

Compatibility with the rules of death

Before turning on, check the keepInventory settings, inventory plugins, and PvP modes. If two systems try to keep the same things, there may be doubles or losses. We need to separately test death in lava, in another dimension and at the border of a protected area.

Verification of recovery

Die with a few test items, go back to the grave and check the contents. Then check the player’s reboot and exit scenarios: it’s important to know what happens to the items if the owner doesn’t return until the next day.
