What is FastAsync WorldEdit
FastAsyncWorldEdit (FAWE) expands the world editing tools and optimizes the execution of large operations with blocks.
Mass construction
Changing thousands of blocks manually takes hours. FAWE provides operations for isolating, copying, pasting, and transforming areas using large task handling mechanisms. Execution times and limitations depend on the kernel and configuration.
Rights and risks
The wrong team can change a huge territory. Limit access to editing and set reasonable limits, and save diagrams and backups before complex operations. Not all formats and operations are fully aligned with standard WorldEdit. In large networks, it is additionally important to monitor the queues of operations so that the requests of several builders do not interfere with each other.
Safe work
Start with a small test area, check the orientation of the circuit and the correctness of the materials, then gradually zoom in. On a server with active players, it is better to make major changes outside of peak online hours.
