What does CoreProtect do?
CoreProtect records changes in blocks, containers and player actions, helping to identify grinding and repair damaged areas of the world.
History of world change
CoreProtect answers the administrator’s practical question: who destroyed the building, took things or changed the map section? The plugin stores information about events and allows you to search for them by coordinates, time and participants. When a server receives a complaint, the moderator does not have to rely only on the screenshots and words of the players.
Recoil without loss of other people's buildings
Recovery is best limited to a specific area and period, otherwise it is possible to accidentally undo the honest changes of other users. Before a major rollback, review the events and make a backup. Long-term storage of history requires disk space; the data cleanup period should be set consciously, based on online and typical grievance deadlines.
Example of grievance complaint
The player discovered a destroyed house. The moderator looks through the log of changes near the building for the desired period, finds actions and decides what to return. If after the destruction of the owner has already begun repairs, a full rollback per day may affect his work. Limit the area and recovery period.
