Aventure Approves Rules for Event Coordinators
DemocracyCraft adopted the Event Coordinator Act: the document fixes the work of coordinators of city events in Aventura, the procedure for their appointment and payment. The law enters into force immediately after signing.
In the city of Aventura, the DemocracyCraft server adopted the Event Coordinator Act, a law that formally introduces the position of event coordinator and a reward scheme for organizers. The document aims to maintain the interest of residents in the life of the city through regular activities, as well as to preserve the local culture of fishing, art and tourism. The author of the act is listed as rotcepsni.
Coordinators will work under the supervision of the Office of Community. The head of this direction gets the right to hire organizers, control their work and dismiss them. The responsibilities of coordinators include a full cycle of preparation of urban events: planning, promotion and implementation. Thus, conducting activities in Aventura receives a fixed administrative structure.
The act also limits the number of paid hosts of a single event. Without separate prior permission, no more than three designated hosts can receive payment. If there are more than three hosts, the express permission of the Head of Community will be required. This rule applies specifically to the right to payment and to the organization of the event with an extended team of presenters.
The amount of the basic payment depends on the confirmed attendance. With the participation of 10 to 19 players, the amount of $9,000 per event is set, and with 20 players or more, $10,000. When an event is hosted by one coordinator, he or she receives the full amount of the corresponding base category.
A separate calculation is provided for joint conduct. If an event has two or more coordinators and gathers at least five participants, the total fund is determined by the formula: the base amount is multiplied by the number of presenters and by a coefficient of 0.75. The payment is then divided equally among all designated co-hosts. If the attendance is below five players, there is an exception: the base $5,000 is distributed equally among all co-hosts.
The law enters into force immediately after signing. For residents of Aventura, this means that future city events must pass through a certain system of responsibility, and their hosts will be paid under fixed conditions of attendance and collaboration.
