Unlimitedworld is preparing a gradual change of leadership: the owner will hand over the Owner post to the GoodKing player in the coming weeks. The operation of the server, its rules, zones and address will remain the same, and the transfer of tasks will take place in stages.
Minecraft-server Unlimitedworld begins a change of leadership. The current owner of the project said that in the coming weeks will transfer the post Owner player GoodKing. The decision involves a change in personal priorities and available time: the ad writer wants the server to continue to receive enough attention, energy and engagement.
The handover will not be abrupt. In the coming weeks, the team plans to phase in core responsibilities, technical accesses and organizational processes. Such a format should maintain the usual stability of Unlimitedworld during the transition.
For players, the administration said, nothing will change in the key fundamentals of the server. The Unlimitedworld concept, user zones, rules, and server address will be retained. Minecraft services will be handled by GoodKing, while URLs and title rights will remain with the former owner.
GoodKing has long been familiar to the Unlimitedworld community: it has been on the server since the first week of the Flake world and has seen 15 years of its history. The author of the appeal notes his experience, understanding of the community and willingness to move forward. Previously, there was even a joke among players about the “GoodKing server, which will never be”, but now he will lead the work on the future Unlimitedworld.
The current owner does not leave the project at once. During the transfer phase, he will advise GoodKing and the team, then continue to perform small tasks behind the scenes and retain the necessary rights. Players will also be able to meet it from time to time on the server.
