On the server DemocracyCraft in the Commonwealth District Court of Redmont filed a lawsuit HavenCham against the player Frog_Bro_. The dispute is related to the Discord auction and the supply of a set of items in Minecraft. In a statement, HavenCham states that it won the lot at a bet of 15,000 and later transferred that amount to the seller via the /pay command to Discord.

According to the document, the auction started on October 28, 2026 in the channel #marketplace. The lot consisted of netherite armor, weapons and tools with charms, fireworks, potions, as well as other items. Among the above, the plaintiff separately names the elytra with “Strength III” and “Fixing” and 52 netherite ingots. HavenCham's winning bet was posted on October 29, with payment, the lawsuit says, sent on October 31.

On November 1, Frog_Bro_ forwarded a shulker to the plaintiff via the in-game mail system. HavenCham claims to have found the absence of the most valuable items from the auction list upon receipt. According to his version, six potions were added to the shulker to fill the vacant space. These potions were later sent back to Frog_Bro_. Shortly after sending the shulker, the defendant, according to the statement, opened a new Discord auction for 52 netherite ingots, which were not in the package received.

The plaintiff believes that a valid contract was concluded between the parties under the rules of the Contracts Act: the offer was published at the auction, the rate became acceptance, and the transfer of funds became payment. As evidence of the ability of both parties to strike a deal, the statement cited game time data: at the time of the inspection on November 1, HavenCham and Frog_Bro_, according to the plaintiff, had more than six days of online sharing.

In the lawsuit, Frog_Bro_'s actions qualify as a breach of contract, misleading trading behavior and non-delivery of goods or services. This is the applicant’s position set out in the court appeal; the court decision and conclusions on the merits of the dispute are not specified in the published material.

HavenCham asks for the defendant to hand over the missing items or compensate for their estimated market value — 16 920. Alternatively, the plaintiff seeks the return of 15 000 minus the cost of the goods already delivered. In addition, the application contains claims for civil penalties, possible other compensation at the discretion of the court and payment of legal costs of the representative of unalign. The document also contains the assurance of liability for knowingly false testimony.
