The DemocracyCraft server handles a civil dispute between JBirdPlayz5 and supasandwichman1. The lawsuit is registered as DCR 156 and has Pending status at the time of publication, and has not yet been decided. The applicant linked the case to the sale of the elytra, which, according to his version, took place on 30 August.

According to the lawsuit, supasandwichman1 was looking for elytra in a shared chat and was willing to pay about $2,500 or less than $3,000. JBirdPlayz5 offered its own item for 2.3 thousand, after which the parties in personal correspondence discussed the price of 2.2 thousand. The materials also indicate that at that time on the balance sheet of the buyer was 2595.42 dollars.

The meeting took place at /zoo. The plaintiff explains that the transaction had to be carried out by hand-to-hand transfer, as the elytra were damaged and were not suitable for sale through the chest shop. In the enclosed logs, supasandwichman1 agrees that JBirdPlayz5 may take legal action if payment is not made. After that, according to the applicant, the elytra were handed over to the buyer.

The plaintiff points out that instead of the agreed 2.2 thousand received a transfer of $ 230. After the request to pay the remainder, the buyer offered to meet at the spawn, but no further payment, according to JBirdPlayz5, followed. After about half an hour, the balance of supasandwichman1, according to the above evidence, dropped to $ 25.42. The next day, the defendant, as noted in the lawsuit, again posted in the general chat an ad for the purchase of elytra for 2.3 thousand.

The statement qualifies the situation as a breach of contract under the Redmont Civil Code. JBirdPlayz5 is asking for the elytra or $1,970, an amount it considers outstanding balance. In addition, the plaintiff seeks punitive damages, citing the alleged dishonesty of the defendant. The final assessment of the evidence and claims must be given by the District Court of Redmont.
