Mineplex presents roadmap and development plans
The Mineplex team has published the first roadmap and video update of the developers. In the video, James and Mark summed up the launch results, explained the reasons for the game engine processing and outlined the further direction of the server.

Mineplex shared the first development roadmap and released the first video update from the development team, which the authors call a more detailed look at where the server will go next, and for the community, it's an opportunity to see not only the overall goal of the team, but also the topics that are being worked on after the project returns.
The developers note that after the launch of Mineplex this year, they gained a lot of experience. More than 11,000 players were on the server at the same time on the opening day, a result that exceeded the team’s expectations. However, the launch itself also showed an important conclusion: bringing Mineplex back is not enough. The project needs to continue to evolve, improve and give players a reason to come back.
In the video, James and Mark discuss the post-launch events as well as the challenges faced by the team. Special attention is paid to the modern game engine Mineplex: it needed to be reworked. The authors explain why this decision was needed, what rewriting means for further development, and what they see as the next step for the server.
The video also examines the roadmap itself in more detail. It reflects the direction that Mineplex wants to go, and some of the future changes that the team intends to add to the server. This is not the final schedule of work: developers separately warn that in the process, individual plans and deadlines may change. Nevertheless, the publication of the map should make the development more noticeable and clearer for players.
The team promises to continue to tell the community about the development and promotion of the roadmap. Mineplex calls this period the next chapter of the project and invites players to keep an eye out for updates. The developer video update is available together with the publication of the roadmap on the official server forum.
