Hypixel Releases SkyBlock 0.27: Two New Islands and Critter Safari
One of the biggest Hypixel SkyBlock updates has added Torrhus Canyon, new Galatea zones and separate Critter Safari activity.
Hypixel significantly expanded SkyBlock with the 0.27 update. The main novelty is two new island zones in Galatea. One of them, Torrhus Canyon, opens after reaching Heart of the Forest 4 and continues to develop the forest part of the game.
Along with the new territory, Critter Safari is a standalone activity where players explore locations and hunt creatures. Developers have added new chapters of progress, resources, adversaries and related mechanics, so the update feels not like a small patch, but as a full-fledged extension of SkyBlock.
After the release, the Hypixel team continued to quickly release patches and balance edits for version 0.27. If you haven’t been to SkyBlock in a while, now’s a good time to check out the new zones and see how far the regime has come.
