CubeCraft Holds Halloween Building Competition

CubeCraft Games has announced a Halloween Plot Building Competition competition for creators of thematic buildings, which invites participants to do their own eerie Halloween-style work. The grand prize is to place the winning building in the main Halloween server lobby in 2026.

A strict limit is set for the work: it must be placed in a rectangle of 16×16×32 blocks - 16 blocks wide, 16 in length and 32 in height. The building may be smaller, but the organizers advise using most of the available space. The subject matter is mandatory: the job should be Halloween-related.

All buildings must be created from scratch on their own. Copying of other people's works is not allowed. In addition, the participant needs to confirm the creation process: a video, including an accelerated one, or at least five screenshots showing the construction from start to finish will be suitable. Only one work is accepted from one player, so it is worth checking both the size and the availability of evidence of the process before sending.

Applications are accepted in the CubeCraft Discord server, in the Community Microevents Submissions channel. The deadline is September 27, 23:59 UTC. After verification, the correct works will be published in a separate voting channel. The community will have 48 hours to select the favourites. It is forbidden to use alternative accounts to vote for your work or offer anything in exchange for votes.

The building that received the most votes will be part of Halloween Main Lobby 2026. In total, the awards will be awarded to the six participants with the largest number of votes, with prizes depending on the chosen platform. In one set of awards, the winner is available for three months Gold or Epic Loot Item; second place is given to a three-month Game Pass or Bundle, third place is given to a monthly Game Pass or Pack, and places from fourth to sixth place are given to a Single Loot Item.

In the second set, the winner receives a three-month Obsidian or a three-hour personal multiplier of points and experience with three Uber Cubelets. Two months of Obsidian or a two-hour multiplier and three Uber Cubelets are provided for the second place, and three Uber Cubelets are provided for the third month of Obsidian or an hour multiplier and three Uber Cubelets. Participants in the field from the fourth to the sixth will receive a month of Diamond or an hour multiplier with one Uber Cubelet. Organizers say there will be only six winners in total for both platforms.
