CubeCraft launches Mob Who, a new hide-and-seek game for Java and Bedrock
CubeCraft has launched the Mob Who beta: players disguise themselves as mobs or track down those who copy NPC behavior too poorly.
CubeCraft has launched a new open beta mode, Mob Who, simultaneously for Java and Bedrock. These are familiar hide-and-seek, but the roles here are tied to the behavior of Minecraft mobs.
Hiding people choose a mob and try to dissolve as naturally as possible among ordinary creatures on the map: you can not turn your head too sharply, jump or move in a way that a real mob usually does not. Searchers, on the contrary, observe the crowd and try to calculate the player by the slightest mistake. For attacks on innocent mobs, they lose a limited supply of attempts.
While Mob Who is in beta, CubeCraft is asking players to share their experiences. The team is already talking about future variations and votes that could extend the mechanics after testing.
