Blaze Gaming to host September Pixelmon tournament

Blaze Gaming is hosting the September Mega Monthly Tournament on Pixelmon. The tournament will be held at Pixelmon Storm and will bring together coaches who are ready to test their teams in the Gen 7 ZU format. In this dash, the choice of available Pokémon is less, so non-standard solutions, thoughtful compositions and the ability to adapt to the opponent will be especially important.

The competition will begin with two qualifying sessions on September 26, 2026. The early qualifying stage is scheduled for 14:00 EST, the late one is scheduled for 20:00 EST. The selected participants will meet on the decisive day: Championship Day will be held on September 27, 2026 at 14:00 EST.

The tournament rules allow no more than two legendary Pokémon, ultra monsters or mythical Pokémon. Strategies involving FEAR Pokémon, objects, or techniques are prohibited. The Endless Battle Clause rule will be included for matches, limiting endless fights.

The awards are not just for the winner. The champion will receive an exclusive MMT color of personal chat within the established rules, one custom skin from the Champion Series, first place on the Hall of Fame pedestal and a personal legendary tag on the terms of the tournament. The silver medalist will get a place on the pedestal of Hall of Fame and BP Alter Battle-Bond Greninja. The bronze medalist will also get a place on the pedestal, and players from the top 6 will be able to choose one plush toy.

In order not to miss the schedule changes and new announcements, the organizers advise to take the role of @PixelTourney in the Discord server of the project. Participants should prepare the composition in advance under the limitations of Gen 7 ZU: in the conditions of a reduced pool of Pokémon, it is the team idea and the point choice of each slot that can be decisive.

The tournament will be another opportunity to enter the Hall of Fame Blaze Gaming and compete for exclusive cosmetic and gaming awards. Two selections on the same day give coaches several chances to get to the final stage, and the championship match will determine the strongest participant in the September MMT.
