What the Waystones are doing

Waystones adds travel stones to move between points in the world. Such a system reduces repetitive trips between bases, settlements and important gaming locations.

How the journey works.

The player locates or sets a waystone, then uses a supported way of moving to another point. Depending on the version and settings, limitations related to experience, subjects, or available directions may apply. It is a teleportation game mechanics, not a map or an automatic search system for rare structures.

Balance on the server

Overly affordable teleportation is changing the economy of travel and the importance of transportation. Before adding a mod, determine which transitions are allowed, how much they cost, and whether players can create their own points. The server and clients should use compatible releases where installation on both sides is required.

Example of a route network

Build a transport hub near the spawn, then open points near the shopping area and large settlements. Check the transfer of items, player rights, and returns from other dimensions. After updating the world, make sure that the stones already installed continue to lead to the correct coordinates.
