What makes Traveler's Backpack?
Traveler’s Backpack adds a portable backpack with separate storage for items and additional opportunities for expeditions.
Separate mining site
Traveler’s Backpack solves the usual problem of expeditions: after several caves, the inventory is filled with stone, ores, food and tools. The mod adds a portable storage unit where it is convenient to separate the collected materials from the quick access items. Depending on the release, backpacks have additional functions and design options available.
How to use it in survival
The backpack is especially to the place on long hikes, when building outside the base and in modpacks with hundreds of materials. However, it does not change the rules for saving items after death, if they are set by a server or other mod. Equipment, capacity and recipes can vary, so do not focus on the instructions for someone else’s version of Minecraft.
Organization of the campaign
It is convenient to separate the extracted resources from tools, food and consumables, leaving free cells of ordinary inventory for quick work. Before traveling to a dangerous dimension, check how the server handles the contents of the backpack when a player dies. Item recovery rules are often set by other plugins and mods.
