What is ModernFix doing?
ModernFix is a set of Minecraft optimizations and modified builds. It works with resource loading, memory usage, and individual engine bottlenecks.
What you need in a modpack for?
Large builds can take a long time to start because of the many resources, registrations, and mod initialization. ModernFix implements targeted changes to these processes, as well as reducing some excess memory costs. Exact optimizations vary between versions and downloaders; no feature is available in every release.
What's not to be expected
ModernFix does not add new game mechanics and does not guarantee an increase in FPS in every scene. If the server delays the processing of mobs, you need to measure the tick time, and if the video memory is full, check the textures and shaders. Different causes of lags are not eliminated by one setting.
Procedure for verification
Before installing on an operating server or in a large modpack, make a backup copy. Then check to start, load the world, and save the changes, especially if other SEOs are used. In the error log, see the exact list of conflicting components; it is usually pointless to turn off all modes at once.
